We Manufacture To order
Allow a 5-10 working day period for manufacture & dispatch.

Transport Takes Time!
Depending upon your location and your nominated carrier, allow a reasonable amount of working days for delivery.

Unless per special arrangement, Freight out of Adelaide to your depot is your responsibility.

We're based in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. All products manufactured at our plant & at sub-contract mills around the state are forwarded to Adelaide before commencing their journey to you.

Product Pricing
As a result (of the above) A.I.M. product prices are generally FIS your depot, Adelaide - although this may differ according to any special agreement you made with us during account setup.

Nomination of Carrier
From Adelaide, your product will then be passed to the Carrier you nominated on your "Preferred Carrier" form during account set up.
