Minimum Purchase Quantities
We keep product costs down by selling wholesale, in bulk. Minimum Quantities for powders & pellets are set at one tonne. Minimum quantity for 20lt liquid supplements is 16 drums.
Order Acknowledgement
We respond to all orders received per 1800 106 000 with an "Order Acknowledgement". If you don’t receive Acknowledge-ment from us within 48 hours, you’ll know your fax "got lost" in Cyberspace & was not received by us. You can then refax to avoid disappointment.
Invoicing & Freight
Your Order will be invoiced on the day your product leaves our plant destined for your depot. Prices are usually FIS your depot Adelaide, but this may differ if you made special arrangements with A.I.M. during Corporate Account set-up.
A.I.M. will only dispatch product upon receipt of a faxed Order. Orders must include order date, product requirements & delivery details. Ensure all details are clear & Fax to 1800 106 000.
Carrier Details
When purchasing AIM product for the first time, you'll need to complete a form nominating Preferred Carrier Details for product dispatched ex Adelaide.
To obtain product from A.I.M., you must first complete our Credit Application form. Until credit terms are awarded, you may need to pay "up front" for product via cheque or EFT.

Please FAX all Orders to our Freecall 1800 Fax Number. We can not be responsible for any order not directly received at our Office via 1800 106 000.
