Check Out Our New Robotic Bag Stacker!

At AIM, we are always looking for ways to make our growing business more efficient so we can focus on developing solutions to the problems faced by farmers.

Our new robotic bag stacker is the latest equipment installed to save time, energy and most importantly, ensure the safety of our team. The robot will lift onto a pallet every tonne of product that leaves AIM HQ, previously a backbreaking physical task for the team.

We anticipate this will increase our output substantially. The robot can also stack bags in a tighter and more consistent shape, which will assist with storage and transport.

Our yet-to-be named robot was shipped in from Europe and is part of an overall $1Million upgrade plan for our plant during the next 12 months.

“The robot is a terrific investment and the production crew feel pretty lucky that AIM is willing to make such investments to achieve efficiency,” said Marius Wauchope, Sales and Operations Manager at AIM.

“It’s a huge help and a relief to have a machine that can take care of the heavy lifting, so we can get on with other things,” he said.
